Schizophrenia is a chronic neurological disorder that can affect different parts of a person’s life, such as their thought, emotion and behavior. Often showing up in their late teens or 20s, individuals with schizophrenia often have a different interpretation of what they believe to be reality. This video from Life Noggin explains what it is really like to live with this often misunderstood mental disorder.

To live with schizophrenia is to have one foot in this reality and one foot in the spirit world, where/whatever the spirit world may be. Always respect the crazy ones, it’s a lot weirder for us than it is for you
