Yes we can survive with damaged and/or removed organs however not at the optimum level as the brain will not be able to do complex functions like perhaps if you get a flat tire in the desert and cannot call a towtruck. With the stomache we can survive with part of the colon removed and the stomache removed but under the stress of survival we need help and would not survive as aforementioned in the wild of nature, we become handicapped
