Research suggests that we’re not very good at evaluating ourselves accurately. In fact, we tend to overestimate our own abilities. Psychologists call this phenomena – the Dunning-Kruger effect.

  1. First of your videos I’ve watched. Interesting response from Richard … I’m open minded about it having recently completed an 11-week course (2 hours a week) on self-esteem. Content was indeed interesting and I look forward to more.
