With enough damage we have done to the environment, our tactlessness in effort to preserve it – is what making the environment more vulnerable. However, the hope is still out there with those people who are working to safeguard the environment with their extra-effort.
Consequently in Paris, the transportation system and commuting are bending towards the green and a method that would dramatically reduce the traffic. And, also to accelerate the advent of sustainable public transportation facilities, the country is hoping for the two-seater eco-friendly vehicle with their own vernacular style.
As they have imagined, the cars will be shared rather than privately owned and can only be used for short journeys around central Paris. This concept car has an electrochromic windows, which the intensity of shadow can be adjusted.

I get the whole bike-share program you see in cities like Paris, London and New York, but I am dubious about the ability of cities (more specifically those who are responsible for planning but don’t really do much of that) to actually create a similar system for cars.
Bikes are a relatively low cost capital investment, cars are not. I cannot see this being funded through anything most of us would think of us palatable.
